Mrs. Claus Takes the Reins

I have a tradition with my family. We do not watch Christmas movies or read Christmas Books until the day after Thanksgiving.  Although, I had to make a exception when Mrs. Claus Takes the Reins arrived that  received in exchange for this review.

I looked at the cover of the book sitting on my desk I couldn’t want to share the book with Charlie.  As well as also my niece Lily and nephew Jason. Would you like to join us for our #Homeschool Reading Class?

David did see Mrs. Claus Takes the Reins David asked if he would be able to give Mrs. Claus Takes The Reins to Elijah. I let David know I didn’t think so I thought I would keep the book for when the children come and visit.

Having David feel this way I went ahead and read Mrs. Claus Takes the Reins then I could decide who I was giving the book to. Or if I wanted to keep Mrs. Claus Takes The Reins for our family. After reading the book I knew it had to be added to our Christmas Library.

Telling David no was hard but I explained I wanted to keep the book that way I would have a Christmas book to read to the kids if they come and visit during the Holidays. David can visit the local bookstore and pick up a copy for Elijah for Christmas because Elijah parents Toby and Leslie prefers books to toys and candy. Once Leslie and Toby open Mrs. Claus Takes The Reins they can read it to Elijah. Then they can put the book up for next Christmas, Creating a new tradition and each year they can read Mrs. Claus Takes The Reins to Elijah.

I must tell you that if Mrs. Claus can drive a Sleigh then women can do anything at all. Watch out world because I’m going to stress this to my niece Lily. If we aren’t careful when she is older she might just take over the world like Mrs. Claus did Christmas. Thank God for Mrs. Claus or there wouldn’t have been a Christmas.

About:

It’s Christmas Eve morning, and Santa Claus is still in bed! He’s feeling stuffy and sneezy and slow as a Yeti. Will Christmas have to be canceled? Not this year! Because Mrs. Claus is ready to take the reins in Santa’s place. With a plan in mind, Mrs. Claus assembles the crew, maps out the route, and preps the sleigh. Then, with a snap of the reins, she shoots off into the night. Delivering gifts all over the world without Santa’s magic won’t be easy, but Mrs. Claus proves she has some holiday sparkle of her own…

With lively rhyming text and adorable artwork, this delightful Christmas adventure will get kids into the holiday spirit.
