#HomeschoolWithBoardGames: Clue Master Detective

Welcome to our series  #HomeschoolWithBoardGames Hasbro Clue Board Game – The Classic Mystery. Clue has always been Charlie’s favorite Board Game. Now that David doesn’t go in until 2 pm we can sit down and have brunch then as a family we can play Hasbro Clue Board Game – The Classic Mystery with David. When David leaves for work Charlie and I can finish his homework.

CLUE The Classic Mystery Game

On Saturday or Sunday we can watch movies and try to find movies that ties into the Games we played that week. Did you know there is a movie about Clue?

Charlie is so excited for us to play Clue Master Detective this week and has been working on Snacks for us to serve. I can’t wait to see what Charlie comes up with. If it was me I would make Cookies in the shapes from the Game. How about you?

David told me to purchase another Clue Master Detective then when Charlie has a friend over we could invite them to play. The winner could pick what we would be having for dinner that evening. Or they could pick out the movie we watch or which Games we play next week.

I reminded Charlie we were playing Clue Master Detective and he would be reading the cards which would be Charlie’s reading class. I let Charlie know for Math class he could count all the pieces in the Game to make sure we didn’t lose any.

Charlie let me know to practice his handwriting  he could write a story about the things that happened in Clue Master Detective. Charlie also let me know he could write a story about the characters in the game. David reminded us Charlie could create a picture of the Game which would be a Art class.

Using Board Games to bond with your children can also be a learning experience. There are people who use Board Games when teaching there homeschooling children.

I had planned on using Board Games when teaching Charlie because this would keep Charlie from becoming board and also allow us to get away from the computer and workbooks.

Charlie also wanted me to let you know he can’t wait to purchase Clue Jr for the younger children to play. As well as CLUE: Scooby Doo! Board GameClassic Clue featuring Scooby-Doo Characters.
