For Charlie’s Birthday last year my best friend Debbie and her family gave Charlie Cuisinart C55-12PCER1 Advantage Color Collection 12-Piece Knife Set with Blade Guards, Multicolored for Charlie to use in his Homeschool Cooking Class. Charlie had the knives in his room up until this week when Charlie brought them down for us to use when. cooking.
 Cuisinart C55-12PCER1 is such a great set and for the price as I’ve looked them up online because I would like to get a set for David. The price on the knives seems to fluctuate so I would keep an eye on it if you wanted to purchase a set. Having this 12-piece set of knives me enough variety, and enough pieces to do everything I need to do. I liked knowing I will never have to worry about having a knife for certain jobs because this set does everything I need. If your accident prone like I am they knives are insanely sharp having blade guards keeps us safe at all times.

If you have small hands like I do the handles were a little bit of an adjustment but after getting used to the knives there the only ones I use now. David wanted me to let you know the knives doesn’t take a lot of pressure when cutting up food in the kitchen. These knives comes with a lifetime warrenty so if anything happens to them you can get the knives replaced.
Charlie wanted me to let you know Cuisinart C55-12PCER1e Knives cut through everything our family has used them on beautifully, including raw Chicken, Bread, Melons, Pineapples, Steaks and Hamburgers. Having the covers allows me to place the knives in our drawers but we will not get cut when looking for things because the knife guards keep us safe and they don’t slide off. Having the covers also means our knives can’t get beat up & dulled when storing.
You can wash the knives in the dishwasher although we was told we shouldn’t. We wash and dry them by hand and don’t put them back into the sleeves until there completely dry. I thought they might rust, or the colors might fade but they haven’t done either. David and Charlie weren’t sure they would like all the different colors and that they wouldn’t go good in our kitchen.
Keeping the knives in a drawer in their blade covers the colors are fine. Although I wouldn’t mind finding a Mason Jar and store them on the counter because the colors would brighten up any dull kitchens which mine has been none to be at times. How about yours?
