El Chico

We all know we have been asked to remain at home which is causing businesses to struggle. Restaurants are having to close and can only do Drive Tru or delivery.

For someone who likes to eat out a couple times a week because they could live on Mexican Food which I don’t know how to make. Its been hard on me and I have been having withdrawals.

David let me know he was feeling this way about Bar B Que and Charlie says he would love having a Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich or Taco Bell. If not he would like a Melt from Subway.

The other day David surprised me when he brought home Popeye’s Chicken Sandwiches for Charlie and Fajita’s for me from El Chico. David said he went there because no, one else would answer there phone.

Even though David thought of going to Mexican Inn because both of us like there Chips. David likes the Salsa and they have the best Mexican Rice besides Pancho’s.

This is a Daily Special from El Chico Fajita’s for two for $7.49 a piece. David and I picked out Steak and Chicken. If you plan on going check out the daily specials because on Monday is Tacos and Wednesday is Enchilada’s.

Our Fajita’s came with Onions and Peppers but we asked for no, Peppers. David, let them know we didn’t want Pico or Guacamole. In place of that he asked for Extra Cheese and Sour Cream.

David let them know for my sides I would like Double Rice. David chose Rice and Refried Beans which had a nice taste. Our Tortilla’s were warm and tasty. I asked for Flour but we could have gotten Corn.

Our Chicken was grilled perfectly and not dried out. There was enough for 3 to 4 Fajitas depending on how much meat you use on your Fajita. The Chicken was fair size pieces. I can’t wait to try the Fajita’s again.

The Steak was my favorite and this cut of Steak wasn’t tough. and came with big pieces which could be cut into two pieces. We had enough for 3 to 4 Fajitas. David and I had meat left over and Rice for me for lunch the next day.
