Exercising in the New Year

I’m like many people who say they’re going on a DIET in the New Year. Which I’m going to. My blood pressure is high and my head has been hurting a lot more than it should. I am not sure how much Exercising in the New Year I will get done but I plan on trying to each day.

My knee is getting worse and I know carrying all the weight I am carrying around isn’t going to help my knee. You see most people would say I am Obese.

If you was to ask me I would have to agree with them. I am 4’9 inches. I weigh 230 pounds. Honestly I never thought I would weigh this much and it getting worse with Covid-19 and the cold Weather.

But I have no, one to blame but myself because David bought me a Treadmill a couple years ago which I could use everyday which I don’t do. That is no, ones fault but my own.

I said I was going to walk at least 4 laps around our park each day. Or at least a 1,000 steps beginning the first of Janurary which I wasn’t able to accomplish as the workers were here finishing up our flooring.

By the time they left my head was killing me and all I wanted to do was sleep. Today its so pretty and I do plan on walking because my Treadmill is packed away and I can’t get to it.

But with us redoing our dinning room into my office I am going to have David reset my Treadmill up in there and every morning I plan on working out on it for 30 minutes that way if I do not get out and walk like I should I will still get exercise in which I need.

Now, my question for you is did you set goals for yourself? If so leave me a comment and lets keep each other accountable. As I need to lose at least 80 pounds and with this being a New Year I should be able to.

As for what I will be using at the moment I am drinking 2 Slim Fast a day and taking HYDROXYCUT DRINK MIX which I am not sure its going to work but for 2 months its what I will do and if I don’t see any results I will switch to something else as weight loss is trial and error and it’s different from everyone and what works for you might not work for me and that is fine.
