Food Holidays: January 23rd,2022

You can bet your bottom dollar I wouldn’t mind celebrating today’s Holiday which is National Peanut Butter Day. Infact for a snack earlier before I found out it was National Peanut Butter Day, I had Ritz Cracker with Peanut Butter for my snack. If David was home, I would have had him, and Charlie make Peanut Butter Cookies with me as these are one of my all-time favorite cookies. Do you like Peanut Butter Cookies? If you bake Peanut Butter Cookies, do you use Creamy Peanut Butter or Crunchy, I use half and half when I make Cookies.
