Oh wow, you say you don’t have a clue which business is joining us? Well, it’s Dana B Henderson who is with MonatI would like to ask you if you have heard of Monat? Have you used Monat? What did you think of it and why?
 I’m Dana B Henderson from Salem, SC. I married at a young age of 20 and I had my first son 3 years later. My daughter was born as a rainbow child. 
 
The next two years were hard, but God blessed us with another son. My life was going great, and then my husband became ill and was diagnosed with cancer which later took him away from our family.  
 
A year later I met Greg, and in July we celebrated 28 years. Were a blended family of 5. 4 Boys and one daughter. Of course, everyone is grown and are married except for the youngest. 
 
Then our children blessed us with seven grand kids and several animals that belong to my grown children.  
 
My passion is loving others for who they are and seeing them grow to be a better person so they can be a servant of God. My goal is to be the best listener to those who are around me when they need my attention.
 1.  would like to ask if you would share with us how you got involved with Monat?
I had a friend on Facebook who was sharing her story about how the shampoo system she was using had changed her hairstyle. She talked about the feel and growth she was experiencing. I asked for samples to see what all the excitement was about in the shampoo.

2. What does a typical day look like as in the like of someone who runs their own business?

I would say you need to set a schedule when you plan on working. My schedule is drinking a cup of coffee looking out my window to see Gods beauty which the Lord has made for the day while reading my daily devotional and focus a few minutes on what I learned.

You have to choose to be consistent in sharing your business with others in person or on social media.
 3. What attributes does someone need to have in order to be really successful in this position?
 The desire to want more and not settle for less. Have a passion for what you offer to others.
 
4. What are the biggest challenges that someone in this position would face?
Being rejected. Some take the word “NO” personally  and in this type of business you can’t because usually the word “NO” means not right now

  5. What did you do before you started your business?
I worked at a hospital for ten years. Then ran a home daycare for five years. After that, I managed a bowling alley for seven years. While doing network marketing part time for extra money when we needed extra income.
 
6. Please tell us about your business and the products you offer?

Monat creates hair care products for both men and women, which can be purchased individually or in treatment systems.

9. What do you feel is your greatest sales accomplishment and when/why did it happen?
Still working on that since I have only been in the business for three months

10. How do you balance client expectations versus real expectations?
I remind the customer that my results may be different than their expectations. Then I tell them not to give up if you need a few more washes to get the best results out of the products. I remind them to continue then if I have done everything to try and meet the need they were expecting we send the bottles back and Monat will refund them their purchase.
 
How do you handle it when they are too high?
I reach out to my upline to help me solve a situation I feel I can’t.

12.  How do you keep up to date on your target market?
Research and read articles, follow others on social media, videos the company offers and any training online.

16.  What are some of your favorite questions to ask a potential client or customer?
First, you got to find out why they reached out to you. What concerns do you have that I may suggest what could help?
17. What role does Social media play in your selling process?
When you build the relationship with others first, then they will trust you enough to ask questions about your products and then purchase. 
Since social media is where we were going over these last few years having a zoom connection, face time, and the ability to conduct live videos we help people get to know who we are as if you were at a coffee shop having a face to face chat?
18. How do you handle irate clients/customers?
I can only offer and suggest what could take place if it is left up to the customer if they follow the tips I give. Depending on the situation I ask questions to try and clam them down.
 19. Whats worse not reaching a goal every month or not having happy customers?
To me, it is all about the customer. The customer has to be happy, or my business does not grow. The best way to build referrals is through how satisfied a product has helped the customer with the situation. My goals will be reached with happy customers.
If you were a potential client/customer what would you want to hear about your business, products or services?
That my service is genuine and what I offer does work if the client/customer will follow the tips.

Is there anything else you would like to add to your business, services or products?
