Half Price Books

The other day I wanted to stop by Half Price Books to pick up a new book since we were leaving for Oklahoma City, the other day. While there Charlie and I walked around.

I found new Albums which I would like to get for our Homeschool Music Class based on some of my favorite movies.

Charlie found these Tote Bags featuring books from our childhood which would be perfect when we visit the Library this week to pick up books for our Reading Class.

Its funny how things from Movie stick into our head. I still here the Alex Foley Theme playing inside my head from when I took my nephew David to watch Beverly Hills Cop.

Like many young girls I feel in love with John Travolta when he was in Grease and as soon as Saturday Night Fever came out I couldn’t wait to watch the movie.

This is the only time I remember my mom taking me to the Drive In with one of my friends to watch a movie and she did and it was just us. Which is one of my favorite movies.

I can’t wait to purchase Saturday Night Fever album and share the music of the Bee Gee’s with Charlie. I just wish Andy Gibb was still here so Charlie could hear him as well.

While we were looking around Charlie found Grease 2 and because I am a die hard Grease fan Charlie thought I might like this album as well. But I didn’t because I don’t really care for Grease 2. How about you?

Charlie and I had fun discussing which Golden Books were portrayed on this Tote Bag including my favorite book The Saggy Baggy Elephant and The Pokey Little Puppy. Which book do you like and why?

Which of these products would you like to have and why?

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
