Homeschooling Resource: Outschool

I wanted to share a new Homeschooling Resource: Outschool. Outschool offers live online classes and camps. I will be checking into Outschool classes for Charlie to take.

The reason is Outschool will allow Charlie to explore any interest over live video chat! Charlie will be able to discover fun, social, and safe learning experiences for kids ages 3-18 led by passionate teachers. Classes from $10.

I try and use as any free resources whenever possible. There is times when we do decide to pay for a class or a event we attend. As a parent you may want to do the same which is where Outschool comes in.

On Outschool you will find the following subjects Arts, English, Life Skills, Music, Social Studies, Learner Favorites, Coding & Tech, Health & Wellness, Math, Science & Nature, World Languages.

Charlie wanted to take How To Make Awesome Animated Movies (Intro to Animation) which is more than I can afford at the moment. But don’t let that deter you because this class is once a week for 5 weeks. If your like my family and budget for the class you would be able to afford these classes and not struggle. You can’t put a price on a child’s education.

I’ve always wanted to learn YouTune and so has Charlie. I can’t wait to share So You Want to Be a Youtuber? – Course One! with Charlie and see if he would do ths class with me.

Learning how to start a YouTube Channel would allow me to grow my blog. As well as allowing Charlie to start his own business. Even David could do this with us.

For those families affected with Financial Difficulties Outschool offers free classes to families in need. You are required to register for help If David’s hours were still cut I would have signed up.

About Outschool:

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
