Homeschooling Year in Review Resources

I can’t say I have been homeschooling for a year as its only been a couple of months since we started. Although what I can say is I am amazed there are so many people that homeschool.

The kindness of the ones I have met as well as all the resources for our homeschooling and all the items for free which means homeschooling isn’t as expensive as David and I thought it would be.

Knowing all of this has given me the confidence to jump in headfirst and to even think we may do 3rd grade as well. I do not feel like I will fail Charlie by homeschooling him which I was worried about when we first started.

My Goals for 2016 is to go over the items Charlie struggles with and help him get better at both reading and writing and to spend more time on both as they are so important.

The classes that are challenging for me like Science and Art I will find someone that can help me teach these classes and we will use the library more.

I will look for other Homeschool Bloggers to follow and learn. As well as try and find a Homeschooling Co-Op nearby to join because I know, I will benefit from it and so will Charlie.

If you’re like me and like hearing what other Bloggers recommend, then I would like to invite you to find local Blog groups on Facebook and reach out to the bloggers and ask them questions.

In the meantime, I would like to invite you to check out Life of Fred Books:
