#HomeschoolWithBoardGames: Monopoly Arcade Pac-Man Game

This week in #HomeschoolWithBoardGames: Monopoly Arcade Pac-Man Game; which is a Monopoly Board Game for Kids Ages 8 and Up: that includes both a Banking and Arcade Unit is what Charlie has choose to play not only on Friday for Free Time but our #FamilyGameNight because Charlie loves Monopoly and Pac Man was my mom’s favorite Arcade Game which both Charlie and David love.

Gamers and fans of the original Pac-Man can relive some of their gaming experiences with this Pac-Man themed Monopoly game. In the Monopoly Arcade Pac-Man board game players can play Pac-Man on the Retro Banking and Arcade unit and can also use it to buy, sell, or steal Levels and perform various other actions.

Players race around the board (but watch out for the Ghost!) to buy Levels and earn points. Each time a player passes Go they get to play a mini game of Pac-Man. Rack up the points while everything is tracked in the banking and arcade unit, with no money changing hands. The player with the most points wins!

Reading Class:

Ask the individuals waiting to play the Game to sit down at the Dinning Room/ Gaming Table. Then read the instructions to them. Once you finish ask them questions to make sure they understand what is going to happen in the Game and why. Then let them ask you questions to make sure you understand what is going to happen and why.

In your Reading Journal write down notes of things that happened that you will want to look back on throughout the year. Include who played the Game and who one and who lost. Were they good or bad losers?
