My son has been harping on David and telling us we should visit a Chiropractor for months on end and we should bring Charlie with us. Living paycheck to paycheck and not having insurance this isn’t something we can do at the moment.
Instead we all suffer from pain in different ways. Charlie has back pain I believe from lifting weights that is too much for him. But you can’t tell kids anything. Can you? David has knee pain from a Motorcycle wreck as a teenager and also from climbing on and off Oil Rigs and working on cars most of his life.
Then I have shoulder pain from a wreck I was in a while back. Along with knee pain from all the extra weight I’m carrying around. In the past I said I was going to try and work part time outside the house to make the extra money so Charlie and David can visit a Chiropractor at least once a month. If my knees will let me stand to work.
In the meantime Charlie and I will be reading How to adjust yourself and avoid seeing a chiropractor. If we had still been #Homeschooling this book would have made a great addition to our Homeschool Health Class. Then in Charlie’s PE Class we would have used the steps which are fast and easy to follow. I liked learning the steps only take a only take a few minutes a day.
This would allow me to do the steps the Author has shared with us each morning before work or before heading to bet at night which would help me sleep better. I have a question for you. Would you like to join us?
If you’re suffering from back pain and can’t mage weekly Chiropractor appointments then you need to check out How to adjust yourself and avoid seeing a chiropractor. Which is the perfect way to help alleviate the pain your facing.
Fathers Day will be here before we know it. If your looking for a new and unusual Gift for the fathers in your lives then you should pick up a copy of Hot To Adjust Yourself And Avoid Seeing a Chiropractor for the dad who never take care of themselves.
