Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes Original Breakfast Cereal

Food

I’ve decided since I’m trying to lose weight again I need to change my eating habits. Even though I do a Slim Fast Shake in the morning I need to eat something because if I don’t I end up with a headache and can’t work.

While at our Neighborhood Walmart the other day I decided I would get a box of Cereal for my breakfast. Charlie isn’t here so I wouldn’t need to share with Charlie and David usually doesn’t eat Cereal so I could choose what I wanted without thinking about others.

I walked up and down the Cereal Aisle. Should I get a box of Cheerio’s or a box of Rice Krispies? Or Kellog’s Smacks? Finally, I decided I would get a box of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes Original breakfast cereal because I love the way this Cereal taste.

With the Cereal being Frosted we shouldn’t have to use Sugar with the cereal. But I’m going to tell on myself even though I shouldn’t I still use Sugar with Frosted Flakes and more than I should I’ve sure. What can I say I’ve been doing this all my life and I’m not going to quit now. Even though I should.

What about you. Sugar or no, Sugar and why?
