Navigating Emotions for Parents

Everyone knows I have been a parent twice as I had my daughter who is now in Heaven. As well as my son who is 10.  Suzzane was headstrong and stubborn. Suzzane could drive me up the wall faster than anyone. There were times I wanted to put my fist through a wall just from the things she said or did. I wish I had known about                         Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting when she was alive. No, life still wouldn’t  have been perfect but it might have been easier at times.

Navigating Emotions for Parents

Now let’s get to my son  Charlie and he just turned 10. Being Charlie’s mom has to lead me to days when I want to pull out my hair but as I read Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting which is an E-Book I found myself saying I have done this or I can try that. I think we may have a better smoother relationship. No, it will not be perfect but better.

Inside  Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting are 20 different tools in the book and no I haven’t done each of them but even if I chose to just do one I know it will help us. I also know that Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting is a book I will recommend to others.  If you haven’t heard of  Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting I hope you take the time to check it out. As it is good for small kids as well as teens. I can even see it working for adults in some situations.

Product Description

Navigating Emotions for Parents from Presence Parenting is a collection of simple, in-the-moment mindfulness exercises to stop and change what we do when we feel upset so we can enjoy more time with our kids. Each exercise is only a page or two long and you can read one then practice it for a week or so and make it your own. By the end of the book, you’ll have twenty useful tools to help you navigate the emotional waters of parenting.

Written by a mom of five, meditation facilitator and parent educator Amy Phoenix, Navigating Emotions for Parents points the way to helping ourselves and our children implement alternatives to harshness when we feel frustration, anger, and even rage.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Amy Phoenix mom, writer, henna artist, curious explorer of human nature and potential.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie, and David
