Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Good morning, tomorrow is Easter and I wanted to make a special dinner for Charlie and David. Even though David is working tomorrow night and were going out to breakfast before he goes to work.

Knowing my sister might be here for part of the day I have decided I will make Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna because both my sister and I love Lasagna.

I just need to pick up Garlic Bread and I have a Italian Cream Cake and also Ice Cream in the freezer which will be the perfect dessert before Debbie and I head out walking tomorrow evening.

Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

25oz bag of frozen ravioli

1 tbsp olive oil

1lb ground turkey

Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add a small layer of sauce to the bottom of a 6qt slow cooker.

Add a layer of ravioli, topped with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat with sauce, ravioli, and cheese until you end with sauce on top.

Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Turn off the slow cooker and let sit for 20 mins before serving.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
