Wrath of the Dragon King

Hardcover

This is a review for Wrath of the Dragon King (Dragonwatch) Hardcover – October 23, 2018 which I was sent one copy of in exchange for a review. The thoughts in the review is mine and mine alone.

I chose to review for two reasons. The first is David loves Dragons and anything David likes Charlie likes as well. I new the novel would challenge Charlie is reading.

I knew the novel would bring our family closer together because both Charlie and David would need help reading Wrath of the Dragon King. My goal was to make dinner each evening and then read a chapter or two each night,

That didn’t work because once Charlie and I started to read Wrath of theDragon King, Charlie and David didn’t want me to stop. We finished the book in one evening.

Which was fine because there are other books in the series I plan on purchasing for our family to read together. Once we finish the books Charlie wants us to draw the Dragons for his room.

Allowing us to spend even more time together as a family. To surprise Charlie and David this week I am going to see if I can find recipes for Dragon snacks to make for your dinner.

As well as pick up Board Games, Puzzles or Coloring Books to expand our family time and keep us off the electronics. Although I might look for movies and songs as well.

Dragons have declared war on humanity

After a humiliating defeat at the hands of Kendra and Seth, Celebrant, King of Dragons, prepares to unleash his fury and take control of his native preserve. Two of the seven dragon sanctuaries have already fallen. Will Wyrmroost be next?

Armed with secret information from a new ally, Celebrant seeks a talisman that will guarantee victory in the war against the humans. With a cursed castle and traitorous creatures standing in the way, Kendra and Seth must attempt to foil Celebrant’s plan and beat him to his prize.

Will the two young caretakers rally enough support from the creatures of Wyrmroost to quell the uprising and protect the world from draconic dominion? One thing is certain—dragons are deadly foes, and one wrong move could bring swift defeat. It will take more than Kendra, Seth, and their current allies have ever given to endure the wrath of the Dragon King.
