Clean Bulking and Lean Muscle Mass Development – Know the Basics

Every person you meet would have a common dream: the dream to achieve that perfect body with muscular ripped structure, but zero fat percentage. A lean physique is making the rounds and the people hitting the gym are trying their best to achieve that lean and ripped look. But, my friend, it’s not easy to get that muscular figure with paper thin skin and minimal fat percentage. It would require strong dedication, the highest amount of discipline, and extremely hard work to achieve clean bulking without gaining fat. There are different types of bulking programs and routines available. However, the basics must be done correctly.

Fix the Goal – Cutting or Bulking

Have a proper goal in mind. You need to consider either of the two: bulking or cutting. Which one would you opt for? Well, you need to ask your mind, “What’s my primary goal?” If you are lean and want to gain muscles, then it’s the bulking that should be the primary fitness goal to consider. If you are naturally lean and have started training with weights, there is a low chance of getting lean. You will not lose fat in the process because weight training helps in transforming the lean fat into muscles. However, if you are obese, the weight training will help in losing those complex fats, thus helping with the fat burning process before letting your body gain muscular growth. But, then, whatever may well be your body structure, you need to focus on the part: bulking or cutting. Accordingly, the workout routine would be planned. Also, the nutritional elements and diet chart would be prepared according to your goal.

Choose the Artificial Components Carefully

Yes, you have guessed that right! I am speaking about anabolic steroids. If you are planning to use these compounds, think again before trying to invest. Also, if you are a beginner in bodybuilding, it would be totally inappropriate to consider this part. Anabolic compounds are used by experts and advanced level bodybuilders, athletes, and fitness professionals. But, they also take these compounds only after consulting their nutritionist and physician. At the same time, they work out even harder. It’s not that mere intake of these artificial substances will automatically help in the clean bulking process. You have to work your heart out and engage in some grueling fitness session to achieve the look. 

Being on a natural diet is always the best thing, but if you want a paper-thin skin with the best-shredded looks, anabolic compounds are a must to include in your diet chart. I am not saying that you have to intake them on a regular basis for the rest of your life. However, during your clean bulking process, a couple of weeks or months before the competition or photo shoot session, intake of these compounds must be started after consulting the nutritionist. You will witness an abnormal gain in lean muscle mass development while witnessing amazing shredded looks, perfectly clear muscle definition, and a paper-thin skin with 3-4% fat in the body.
