Good morning, and how are you today? It’s Monday, September 12, 2016, and time for Math at ClickSchooling! So today I am sharing with you a Math Resource Brainormous from ClickSchooling.
Charlie and I haven’t visited Brainormous as of yet. But I plan on it as he is back in public school and will be learning both multiplication and division soon so if I can find sites that are free to have Charlie practice on then that is what I plan on doing.
Addition Worksheet Creator: Quickly and easily create custom multiplication worksheets and print them out along with answer sheets.
And I have a question for you have you or your children used Brainormous in there lessons for math and if so what did you think about the site? Or is there another website you use for math and is it free? If so would you Please be kind enough to leave a link to it so I can check it out as well.

Recommended Website:
Age Range: 8-12 (Grades 3-6, with parental supervision)
This is a commercial website that sells downloadable math games and tools. However, Brainormous provides a generous sampling of their products for free – making this site worth a visit if you just want a little random math practice.
When you get to the home page you’ll see a menu that includes:
  • Multiflyer – Multiply your way through the solar system.
  • Math-teroid Multiplication or Division – Use your math skills to keep asteroids from destroying your space station.
  • Addition, Multiplication, and Division Worksheet Creator – Make custom worksheets to practice various math skills.
  • Coloring Page Maker – Create your own space scene, then print it out to color.
  • Gridiant – Place spheres strategically on the grid.
We played one of the Math-teroid games, and even though our time ran out on the sample game, we were able to restart it and play some more.

If you enjoy the games and/or tools and want more, you can purchase and download them for “home use” for about $5-$10 each. Again, you don’t have to purchase a thing – you can test-drive these programs for FREE.

Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
