Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 3

Good morning, How are you today? Can you believe it is the 3rd of October? I can’t because before we know it this year will be gone. So this morning as I was walking Charlie to school we was enjoying the cooler weather as we talked about the upcoming Holidays. I must tell you I can tell Fall is in the air and I am ready for it.

This morning as I prepared my post for the Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 3 I went to check out the prompt and here is what they suggested we share with our readers:

I am in Fort Worth, Texas and  Fall season has been here for a while now. In the US, it is a time for cooler weather (although some areas are getting record Highs!) and in other countries they are getting warmer weather.

This morning my question for you and  (your business) what do you do in the Fall that is unique to this season?

Do you run any special sales or promotions?

Do you have a Pumpkin Festival?

Do you relax knowing the kids have been in school for a month or so?

For me the end of September is always preparing for that years Holiday Gift Guide. So with it being the first week of October I have been redoing post on here. Perfecting my pitch letter as well as redoing my boards on Pinterest. Plus, I had my media kit redone as it was outdated. Now, that that is all done I am ready to tackle the world of pitching and securing clients for this years Christmas Gift Guide.

Now, it isn’t always easy to get the clients I would like to work with so after many talks with David, Charlie and Elle about moving forth with the Gift Guide and setting one up or taking the time off we have decided to move forward with one. So as we begin a new week I place the Blog, the Ultimate Blog Challenge and the Gift Guide all in Gods hands.

As my dad is coming in on Saturday and will be staying a week and Charlie is out of school a couple days next week. So all I can say is Calgon take me away. Because I can already feel myself worrying and stressing out. Which I refuse to do because I know God knows our needs and can and will take care of us as long as we believe in him.

So no, matter what happens next week it is all in Gods hands.

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
