My mother has passed away, so this is the first year that our mom isn’t with us for Mothers Day, and so it is hard to face it. But my dad wanted to make it easier on my sister and I. So he drove down from Oklahoma for the week and planned on staying through Sunday, but my Nephew decided to take his new baby back up to my dads so my Aunt and Uncle can see him. With my sister going again my dad has decided to go back with them.
So this will leave me alone with just David and Charlie. But David will be working on Mothers Day night, and so I am going to start a new tradition with Charlie and I. We are going to purchase a Restaurant.com card and go out to dinner and a movie. Nice just spend time with my son.
On the way to dinner, we will stop by the Cemetery and drop off some flowers for my mom and Suzzane as it is her Birthday on Thursday and she was born on Mothers Day, so this will be an excellent way to remember them. I think I will look for some flowers like in the picture as those was Suzzane’s favorite.
