May 26th was National Blueberry Cheesecake Day #BlueberryCheesecakeDay. I may have missed celebrating this Holiday but that doesn’t mean I can’t purchase #Blueberries and we make a Blueberry Cheesecake for David’s dad.
Did you know Blueberries are David Senior’s favorite Fruit? Instead of making a huge Cheesecake I wonder if we could make mini Cheesecakes. David’s mom could freeze them and bring out one at a time? Have you ever done this? If so leave me a comment on how it worked Please.
Now, if you will excuse me I’m off to find a recipe for Blueberry Cobbler then I’m going to the Farmer’s Market to pick up Blueberries and then the Grocery Store to get the rest of the ingredients for the Cobbler. Would you want to come with me?
