Charlie and David liked how the Author introduces the Swedish philosophy of balance, simplicity, and “just the right amount to everyone no, matter there age.
”The Authors also provides simple, actionable tips that made it easy to integrate the principles of lagom into my families daily life, through minimalism, and creating balance at home, allowing us to find joy in moderation, work, relationships, and most importantly self-care.
