Welcome back to our Would You Rather Challenge: December 21st, 2025. In the Would You Rather Challenge we ask you a question from children’s book The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults by Kimberly McLeod.
We’ve used this book when #Homeschooling Charlie but just to read for fun as well. Now we use the book to get conversation flowing in our family and my son off electronics for a little bit. As well as sharing the question on our Social Media channels as a way to get conversation flowing.
Would you rather canoe the longest River or hike the longest trail? Why?
I don’t think I would be able to do either because my shoulder would give out canoeing a boat and my knees would give our hiking so I will pass on both. Charlie said he would prefer to stay on dry land so he would choose to hike the longest trail.
David said he would pass on both as well because he would need to go with Charlie to make sure, he stays safe and doesn’t end up lost which I agree with. Although going on a long hike would be something our Puppies would enjoy.
