Charlie and I wanted to share our What Would You Do Challenge: January 25, 2026, before we begin our morning. In the challenge we ask you a question from the children’s book The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults by Kimberly McLeod.
Charlie used to use this book in his Creative Writing Class when #Homeschooling and for free reading time. Now, we use a question a day from the book to get conversation flowing not only in our home but on my social media sites. You can do the same.
Would you rather live on a space station that orbits Earth for a year or take a one-way trip to live on Mars? Why?
I wouldn’t want to pick either because I would miss living on Earth with my friends and family. If I had to choose after talking to David and Charlie, we decided we would rather live on a space station that orbits Earth for a year because we would be able to see what is happening on Earth even if we weren’t here.
Would you rather live on a space station that orbits Earth for a year or take a one-way trip to live on Mars? Why?
Thank you,
Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
