Fashion hasn’t ever been important to me the way it is to a lot of people. Especially someone like my sister and also Charlie. But the older Charlie gets, the more self-conscious I am getting about the way I look. I am in my 50’s, and I don’t want to embarrass Charlie with the way I see. It’s time I had my hair done and learn how to apply makeup I don’t end up looking like a clown. Plus it would teach me which colors are right for my skin. As right now I could be Johnny Cash twin as all I wear is black, black and more black.
To be the mom and wife I need to be as well as a professional businesswoman, it is time for me to not only learn the right way to apply makeup and the colors to use and get my hair died and an updated haircut.
I also need to gut my clothes and go clothes shopping. But to do this I need to just bite the bullet and go to a store that will help me pick out clothes that are flattering to my style no, matter what I weigh.
I kept saying last year I was going to lose weight and go shopping and instead of losing weight it seems like I have gained twice as much as I want to miss. So I am telling everyone Valentines will be here soon and I would like Gift Cards so I can have a complete make-over.
