I was sent a copy of Good Dogs: Scripture and Bible Verses from Your Best Friend in exchange for this review. The thoughts in the review are mine and mine alone.
My family loves dogs and Charlie hasn’t been focusing on school the way he should. I thought I would shake things up a bit and find new books we could use in our classroom. The first book we will be using is Good Dogs: Scripture and Bible Verses from Your Best Friend which I chose because we can start a Bible class because Good Dogs includes Versus from the Bible.
Charlie and I can create a lesson plan on the different breeds of dogs and even study the 4 dogs we have. Charlie ca practice drawing the different style of dogs in our Art class. We can also go on a Field Trip to a Pet Store or Dog Shelter to see dogs up close. Then visit a Musuem that has a section on dogs. Or we can visit the library to check out Dogs from the book.
There are different sections in Good Dogs: Scripture and Bible Verses from Your Best Friend including Faith and Love which Charlie and I can read in our reading class and Charlie can create notes in his reading journal to turn into a report he will be reading to his parents.
