Join our new Keys for Kids WORD with Zach summer reading program.

I plan on signing Charlie up for as many Summer Reading programs as I can find this year. God sent me this email this morning showcasing a new Summer Reading Program called Word With Zach Stay in God’s Word all year through Keys for Kids Devotional. I hope you take the time to check out this new resource as well.

Libraries Have Summer Reading Programs—Why Not Keys for Kids?

Join our new Keys for Kids WORD with Zach summer reading program. It’s free!

WORD with Zach (that’s me) is a program designed to keep the kids in your life not only READING all summer but reading something that will have a profound spiritual impact on their lives—God’s Word and the Keys for Kids devotional.

You can sign up as many kids as you want. Each child will receive the following in the mail:

  1. A Keys for Kids “WORD with Zach” window cling.
  2. A calendar to keep track of their progress each month.
  3. A link to our mobile app, daily email subscription, ebook version, or (if requested) a printed Keys for Kids devotional.

As your child completes the calendar each month by reading or listening to the Keys for Kids devotional, make sure they mail or post a picture of it to WordWithZach.org (click on “upload my calendar”). Once we receive it, they’ll receive a Keys for Kids surprise prize. If they complete all three months without missing a day, their name will be entered to win a Kindle Fire.

Why are we starting this program? Because biblical illiteracy is staggering:

  • Only 24% of Americans believe the Bible is the literal Word of God. (Gallup)
  • 14% of Americans believe there are no holy books—including the Bible. (Barna)
  • About half of Americans (53%) have read relatively little of the Bible. One in 10 has read none of it, while 13% have read a few sentences. (Lifeway Research)
  • Not even 50% of American adults can name the four gospels, over 50% of graduating high school students think Sodom and Gomorrah were husband and wife, and 60% of Americans can’t name half of the Ten Commandments.

WORD with Zach” is designed to encourage daily devotions and, more importantly, daily BIBLE reading that will not only help fight biblical illiteracy but ignite a passion for Christ through a deep relationship with Him.

In His grip,

Zach, Radio Host

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
