Living Well Mom Gluten Free Tuesday

Good morning, How are you today? How was your 4 day holiday? As yesterday was Labor Day so a lot of us should have been off from work. Which would have been nice as I took some of the day off to spend with Charlie. Then last night David, Charlie and I went to the swimming pool so I could walk in the water.

The sad part is Charlie decided he didn’t like to swim and refused to get into the pool so he ended up sitting on the sideline and I could tell he wasn’t happy. Charlie wasn’t going to admit that to us so he just kept watching us swim. Once we were  done swimming we started home and picked up Snow cones which Charlie also said he didn’t want but he did end up eating one with me.

This simple gluten-free Chocolate Protein Balls recipe has no refined sugar and with just 7 ingredients and 5 minutes to make, it’s an easy way to enjoy a guilt-free chocolate fix!

Today for a extra treat for Charlie and his friends after school I think I will make these Chocolate Protein Balls for us for our snacks this week. I did start my cleanse this week through Advocare and with it I know I need to make sure and get plenty of protein so these snacks will allow us to do that.
