Math Resources For Our Children

It is so hard to believe school will be ending in just 15 days. So since I am not sure Charlie is really ready for the 4th grade I have been looking for both math and reading resources we can use not only in the Summer but during school as well. So today I am back with two new sites thanks to Click Schooling. Please let me know if you have used either site and what you thought of them.
 DreamBox Learning
The Co-op is pleased to offer DreamBox Learning, an award-winning online math curriculum for K-5 children. The key to DreamBox’s success is that it places great emphasis on making math fun and engaging so that children will be motivated to play and learn. Members save up to 67% on an annual online license, exclusively through the Co-op! Plus, purchase this month as a Deal of the Month and get 400 SmartPoints until 5/31.
Age Range: 5-14 (Grades K-8, with parental supervision)
This ad-supported website offers free lessons, games, and worksheets to learn arithmetic basics as well as some advanced math (for grades K-8) in a non-conventional format.

The relaxed style of presentation sprinkles humor throughout the explanations of math concepts. The use of the latest multi-media technology to illustrate the concepts through interactive games and activities really helps reinforce the learning.

When you get to the site you’ll see an icon menu. Before you explore it, scroll down the page and read the brief introduction designed to help you navigate the site. Then, from the icon menu simply pick a topic to get started, including:
