Charlie and I have 2 Challenge starting in May, and the first is 30 Days of Getting Up and Moving. Summer will be here before we know it, so I wanted to make sure before it gets too hot that we are out and moving each day for at least 30 minutes and can be any activity as long as we are exercising. Welcome to May Challenges For Families or Homeschoolers.
On the day when you don’t feel like getting outside and walking or exercising or playing with the kids, you can find things to do inside as long as your up and moving for 30 minutes a day. So this will lead to Charlie, and I was cleaning our home or cooking or just turning up the music and dancing. So be watching on May 1st for the 1st prompt and come and join us in this challenge.
Or join us on our 30 Days of Journaling as Charlie and I will spend at least 15 minutes a day writing a prompt in the journals I bought for each of us. Below are some topics you or your children might want to use although you can come up with your prompt as long as you journal for at least 30 minutes a day.
For Charlie the other day we visited 5 and Below a local store near our home, and I found a journal and inside it, there are 300 writing prompts at the top of each page. So I have asked Charlie to use this journal, so we don’t have to try and find things for him to write. For me I will either use the prompt he has for the day or one of the ones below. Or I just might come up with my own prompt. You will only know what I chose if you stop back by each day.
