Reading to Charlie is A Challenge

Reading to Charlie is A Challenge because Charlie isn’t one to sit still while I read. I’ve been looking for a way to get  Charlie more interested in sitting still while I read. Through ClickSchooling I found a resource called KiddieRecords.com
I will be using KiddieRecords.com in our reading class because Charlie will have someone other than me read to him. This will give Charlie a chance to hear  books he hasn’t heard of. If Charlie ends up liking the books they read to him I can purchase them.
I hope you check out KiddieRecords.com. If you do let me know what you thought of think of KiddieRecords.com . If you’ve used KiddieRecords.com in your Homeschool let me know what you thought of the website and why you would or wouldn’t use KiddieRecords.com.
I would like to share with you the first book Charlie would like to have read to him from KiddieRecords.com. The book is about Bugs Bunny, Daffy DUck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd.
Charlie has always loved Bugs Bunny and the other character you will find in this book. When I was on KiddieRecords.com I found a lot of books I hadn’t heard of.
I can’t wait to have those books read to not only Charlie but myself as well. I like reading and listening to children’s books as much as Charlie is starting to.
The next book I would like have read to us is Winnie the Pooh. I’ve always loved Eeyore. I can’t wait to see what what Eeyore is doing in this book. Also,  Suzzane loved Tigger it would be fun to read Winnie the Pooh because it would help me remember Suzzie and the characters she liked. A I would be able to share what Suzzane liked with Charlie.
Age Range: All (Everyone can enjoy this – children with parental supervision)
KiddieRecords.com offers a treasure trove of recorded children’s stories and literature from the 1940’s and 1950’s  you can download or listen to for free online, as you browse the books with original illustrations!
KiddieRecords.com began as a year-long project to celebrate the golden age of children’s records by offering a story each week. The project lasted through 2009 and now, the stories are all archived online.
As explained at KiddieRecords.com, “Many of the recordings were extravagant Hollywood productions on major record labels and featured big time celebrities and composers.”When you get to the site, you’ll see some featured stories. Use the horizontal menu at the top of the screen and click on each year from 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009 to access the stories that include titles such as:
