Seeding Square Grow Your Own Food

Charlie and I will be planting a Garden this year and other day Debbie stopped by. Charlie showed her what he were going to use to plant his Garden.

It’s a product called a Seeding Square which allows us to grow our own food. I was sent this for a review but the thoughts in this review are mind and mine alone.

During this time of uncertainty its important to keep busy and not dwell on things happening around us. Which is why I have decided to start a Garden with Charlie.

Even though we have been asked to stay inside I purchase groceries on Thursday’s at Walmart and can pick up seeds for us to plant then. I plan on getting Flower Seeds for in front of the Clubhouse and our Fence.

As well as Vegetables for the small patch of Garden David set up for us last year. In it we have Pumpkins at the moment and will add potato to our Garden as well.

Having Seeding Square to use will make Gardening so much easier as we can put it on the ground making a square marking where the seeds need to go and use the cup so we don’t misplace the seeds when planting them.

About: Seeding Square

Seeding Square inventors, Karl and Jen, wanted to teach their kids how to grow vegetables. Not having done it themselves they grew a lot of weeds their first year. The second year they went to buy a tool to help properly space their seeds so they could better identify a weed vs. a veggie.

They also wanted something that would optimize their space as their garden was quite small. They were told that what they were looking for didn’t exist. Karl and Jen said, “challenge accepted” and off they went to research seed spacing.

Armed with proper spacing knowledge, they made numerous jigs that worked better than expected. Those jigs worked so well in-fact that they ended up with over 5 times the harvest of the first year and discovered that their space optimization left almost no room for pesky weeds!

Not to mention, it was a total hit with their kids! Friends and neighbors kept asking to borrow their “magical” gardening jigs. Of course, our dynamic duo saw an opportunity and reworked their jigs into one single color coded unit. They went crowd-funding to bring their product to the world and the rest, as they say, is history.
