“Top 10 Fitness Trends For 2014” on Health Perch

Which of the activities above do you do? And how often do you do them? Do you exercise at home or in a Gym? By yourself or with someone you know?

As for the activities above I do hate to say it but I do not do any of them. But I do walk everyday and I visit the pool a couple times a month with my family.

As for David he doesn’t do anything above either and only walks occasionally and goes to the pool once in awhile.

As for Charlie he walks, runs, plays in the park and goes to the pool with us. And he does Jump Rope and he likes to a couple times a week.

As for the rest of the items above now that we are Homeschooling Charlie he and I can do a lot of this for his PE class and I bet I would feel a lot better and not hurt quite as much as I do know.
