Wordless Wednesday Lunch with Friends

This morning, I will be leaving to spend the day with a friend of mine. Debbie Sutton and I are going to check out a local Gas Station called Buc-ees and then visit Tangor Outlet Mall. As her husband is paid today and she wanted to get out of her home for a little bit, Then we will stop and have lunch before heading back home this afternoon. To me, Buc-ees is more like a small store as it has all kinds of items you can purchase broken up into different sections.

As well as several different stalls selling food from Baked Goods to Bar B Que Sandwiches and Roasted Nuts. Which both Charlie and I love a lot. I just wish I had the money this morning to pick some up for Charlie. As he and I have been butting heads lately so it would be nice to be able to give him a treat and to say I am sorry. I love you.

Wordless Wednesday May 11

This morning, I have a question who have you been friends with the longest and for how long? Do you still hang out or have you gone your separate ways? Debbie and I have been friends since 2nd grade and we are both in our 50’s now so she is my oldest friend. As well as one of my first friends I meet in school. So hanging out with her is a lot of fun and it gives Charlie a chance to learn more about me as a child. As Debbie always has a story from when we were growing up to share with Charlie.

This morning Charlie and I are off on our Adventure and I wish you a wonderfully productive day today. I couldn’t think of a song or movie that would be appropriate to share this morning. Other than Ferris Buller’s Day Off but Charlie isn’t ditching school as he will be doing it when we return home. Then there was Thelma and Lousie but I am saving that for Debbie and mines Road Trip in the next couple years. So I am back with one of mine and Debbies favorite songs from Pretty Women as Charlie said he will be walking down the street this morning with 2 pretty crazy ladies.

See you soon!

Thank you,

Glenda, Charlie and David Cates
