They give up a job they love so they can be at home so you can do a job you love. As this is what David is doing for me. You see he was working at Sunset and it was nights which meant Charlie couldn’t be with him much. And if I had to work it was hard because I had to make sure Charlie had his supper and was in bed on time.
So after much discussion David has decided to return to ATS where he worked on Cranes and did Mechanic work which he had been wanting to do. But now he has to get up at 5 and be at work at 7 and will get off between 4 and in the afternoon. Which means I am able to work from 8 to 3 when I have to stop and pick up Charlie and make dinner.
But then if I need to work that evening I will be able to as David will be able to. So that is a plus but more than that is Charlie will finally have his dad after years of not having him here at night. So with the way Charlie has been treating me I hope he changes and get better. Because I can not take much more of it.
I told David the other day before we knew he got the job that I was ready to move and he could have Charlie and I would just come visit. As I was tired of being treated so ugly by Charlie. So let’s Pray this helps because if it doesn’t I still may leave. Because no matter how much you love someone you should not stay if there treating you terribly.
