Having the right bra is so important and having the right size is even more so. I learned this years ago and it changed everything for me when it comes to choosing the correct bra.
I have been saying for years that I need to find the right bra for me. The ones I have are either too big for me or just too tight. Most the time the straps fall down LOL. I will have to check into these and see if they work for me.
I need a new bra! lol I usually order from Wacoal . I hate it because they are so expensive but they usually last many years.
I just got an order from first love and they are great products for all the reasons you mentioned. The best option is to go without for health but I realize we can’t do that in many cases.

I managed a new balance store and we had a big seminar on the pros and cons of brad. There weren’t very many cons. Take it from me, it was an interesting course of events afterwards selling them. Who knew how technical the bra really is
