Before I share “5 Simple Ways to Boost Your Immune System This Fall!! ” I would like to share a tip for those of us who use Diffusers in our home. When you are getting ready to add Essential Oils to your diffusers you should put 2 to 3 drops of the oils, you’re using in first. Then add water to the diffusers. I know I said I would share 5 tips with you, but you know us moms we never can stop sharing when we are working to keep our families safe and not to get sick.
