My feet are always hurting no, matter what I do. Or wear what type of shoes I wear my feet still hurt. I liked learning they can be cleaned with soap and water so there always clean and ready to use at the drop of a hat. There is 4 toe Seperators in each package giving me enough to share. The first time you use APEX Adjustable Toe Separators start with 10 minutes and once you’ve gotten used to them you can increase the time you have them on.
APEX Adjustable Toe Separators can be used laying down or sitting up. I put them on this evening and was able to do it on my own while watching TV. I thought they might bother me and be like Flip Flops which goes between our toes but they don’t and they didn’t bother me at all.
