January 10 National Bittersweet Chocolate Day #BittersweetChocolateDay

Food Holidays Recipes

I love #Holidays that turn into #teachingmoment which is what January 10th is which was a #Holiday that celebrates National Bittersweet Chocolate Day #BittersweetChocolateDay. I don’t know about you but I had to look up what Bittersweet Chocolate is used in

Join my family and let’s celebrate the bold, deep flavor of bittersweet chocolate today! Bittersweet Chocolate is a rich treat that contains a higher percentage of cocoa, giving it that signature intensity chocolate lovers adore. Whether you enjoy Bittersweet Chocolate in baking, melting, sipping, or nibbling straight from the bar, National Bittersweet Chocolate Day is the perfect excuse to indulge a little.

Fun Ways to Celebrate

  • Bake a small‑batch bittersweet brownie to share with your friends and family. I’ve included a recipe below you can use.
  • Stir bittersweet chocolate into morning oatmeal
  • Host a mini tasting with different cocoa percentages
  • Share a chocolate‑themed fun fact card with your friends and family
  • Create a cozy winter drink using melted bittersweet chocolate
