Kid-Friendly Recipe: Chocolate-Covered Nut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional for smoother melting)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring each time.
  2. Stir in coconut oil for a glossy finish.
  3. Add nuts and mix until coated.
  4. Spoon small clusters onto parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
