Charlie and I wanted to share our latest question from Charlie’s would you rather challenge: February 27, 2026. This challenge is brought to you from the children’s book The Ultimate Book of Would You Rather Questions: 1001 Family-Friendly Challenges for Kids, Teens and Adults by Kimberly McLeod.
We used these questions when #Homeschooling Charlie for free reading time and also in his Creative Writing Class. Now, we use these questions to get conversation flowing in our home and on my social sites. You can do the same as well as use the book for free reading or in your Homeschool.
Would you rather your schoolteacher be a family member or a neighbor? Why?
When I was growing up my Aunt Jean was my principal and it didn’t make any difference in what happened to me at school. I wouldn’t care if my schoolteacher was a family member or a neighbor as long as they did their job and treated everyone failrly.
David said he would prefer to have his family member be his schoolteacher because his Aunt Judy works for the College and her husband Pablo is a teacher David said he would like to be in his class. Charlie said he would prefer his family member be his schoolteacher because he was #Homeschooled and Granny Sherry and I were his teacher and his dad the principal which he liked a lot.
