Animals Live

Charlie has always loved animals of all kinds when I saw a email from DFW Child they mentioned Animals Live would be happening in the Fort Worth Stockyards. I knew this event would-be something Charlie and David would enjoy. When David gets in from work, I want to see if he would like to go to Animals Live.

David works on the weekends. and don’t get me wrong I’m grateful David has a job. But there are times like this when I hate David working on Saturday and Sunday. A lot of Family Friendly Events for free happen on the weekend and this keeps us from attending the events.

Charlie and I could go on our own, but David takes the car to work. Before you ask yes, I could keep the car and take Charlie giving us one on one time. Which we need. But not knowing when David would get off work keeping the car is hard. If an event cost and David calls to say he is off, we would have to leave in and pick up David from work. Wasting the money, we spent to get into the event.

Even though Charlie and I will not be able to attend Animals Live I would like to invite you to check this event out. If you attend come back and share with Charlie and I what you thought and if they host it again if you think Charlie and     I should attend and why.

If you’re Homeschooling your children, the Fort Worth Stockyards is the perfect Field Trip to take your students on. You will be able to learn about the City we grew up in including the Old West and while in the Fort Worth Stockyards you could go on a Ghost Hunt as well.
