This morning as I was working on our schedule for next year I thought I would research businesses that offer a Homeschooling Day. I put this list together for myself I thought if you were in Dallas/ Fort Worth that you might like to check into these places with your family as well. If you know of other sites please let me know.

September 11-15th enjoy all-day admission for homeschoolers and families. Learn math, science, and engineering hands-on in our homeschool week educational activities. Each homeschool week ticket includes entry to LEGOLAND Discovery Center and access to our educational events that begin at 10:00 am each day. Purchase online to guarantee admission!
Home School Classes
The Fort Worth Zoo offers classes for home-schooled children ages 6 to 12 two Tuesdays a month from September to December and January to May. Types, $25 each, are from 9 to 10:45 a.m. and include a snack, live animal presentation, guided Zoo hike and admission for each student to the Zoo on class day. Please note that the same class twice a month.

CHILDREN AGES 6 TO 8:
From nests way up high in the trees to tunnels way underground, animals have homes just like people do. Homes help keep us safe. Classes will compare Zoo animal homes to theirs!
