Autumn at the Arboretum

I can’t wait to talk to David this week about taking Charlie on a Field Trip to see Autumn at the Arboretum which is hosting

It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. If you’ve been here a while then you know I have Charlie and he was my Peanut from Charlie Brown as a baby. Not only that his nursey was done in Charlie brown and he had a Red Baron cake for his Charlie’s first Birthday.

As Charlie gets older he doesn’t like to go places with David and I. But with Charlie turning 16 at Christmas and graduating in May I want to get in as many Field Trips as possible. Which is why I would like to bring my family back out to Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.

A magical hidden place in Dallas that I didn’t even know about until a couple years ago. If you like to walk, love flowers or unusual buildings then you will want to visit here as soon as possible. Bring walking shoes because you will get your steps in and so much more.

About:

The 18th annual Autumn at the Arboretum, presented by Reliant, is upon us and we are excited to once again share 100,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash, hailing from THE pumpkin capital of Texas, Floydada, and 150,000 beautiful fall blooming plants throughout the garden. This year’s theme ‘It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown’ features the return of the Peanuts Gang, along with themed pumpkin houses that make up the acclaimed Pumpkin Village, and of course, a maze for younger visitors.
