This is a review for Bee K’onscious. Bee K’onscious who sent me a Gift box featuring Organic Raw Brazilian Wild Mint and Christmas Berry.
I’ve always loved Honey on Croissants but I never thought of trying different flavored Honey because I get stuck in my ways with what I like and I don’t like to try new things.
I couldn’t wait to try both flavors of Bee K’onscious Organic Brazilian Raw Honey with Biscuits my mother in law made me for Breakfast. I tried Christmas Berry. I loved the taste of the Berries and the texture. I can’t wait to purchase this again for myself and my sister.
Not being one for Mint David tried Christmas Berry for me. Once he let me know the Mint flavor wasn’t overpowering I tried it and I actually liked the Mint Taste. I could see using this at the Girls Breakfast I host.

Christmas Berry also know as Aroeira or Pink Pepper tree is used as a medicinal plant. During the bloom the trees typically lose all of their leaves and are covered with flowers.
A very resilient plant that is a great resource and can survive in very dry conditions. This organic honey is very dark in color with an aroma of black pepper and slight bitterness of chocolate.
Like our Marmeliero Prateado this has a marshmallow like flavor with hints of chocolate and slight nuttiness. Great for baking, eating on a spoon, and a wonderful addition to homemade BBQ sauce
Organic Raw Brazilian Wild Mint 11oz
Wild Mint is very desireable for its mild earthy aroma with a slightly sweet earthy flavor and a mild mint finish. Tea lovers really enjoy this honey and it is also very soothing for a sore throat.
