Christmas Gift Guide 23: My Recordable Storytime: I Love You So

Good morning. I wanted to share our latest addition to our Christmas Gift Guide 23: My Recordable Storytime: I Love You So. I would like to let you know this is there 20th Anniversary Edition By Marianne Richmond Illustrated by Fiona Lee. I received a physical copy of this children’s book in exchange for this review.

I wish you could see the cover of I Love You So with the pretty purple banner on top of the book. There is a mom and her child under a umbrella smiling. Just looking at them you can see all the love between them. I like that there is hearts all over the cover of the book. It looks like there out for a walk. I wish I could go with them.

Opening the book you see a page that is done in pretty shades of pink that tells you how to record your message. On the next page is a dedication page which you can write a message on for the child receiving I Love You So. If Charlie was still little I would have given the book to him. Charlie thinks we should keep the book for his best friend who is having a baby.

Charlie sat down to read the story and couldn’t wait to show me the child and mom on the bike. Which made me and Charlie miss our bikes which are in storage. As we begin to read the story we hear the mom tell the child how much she loves them. Including Space and the Stars. Which I do Charlie as well.

Then we learn she loves the child as much as a Lions roar. Then they mention the Ocean which we know can be pretty big. Through the book we are shown more ways she loves the child which reminds me how much I love Charlie and Suzzie and even David as well as my niece and nephew. As you read the book you will remember how much you love your family.

I Love You So is the perfect book for newborns to children of all ages but adults will also fall in love with the story and the illustrations. This is the perfect Christmas Gift as well as Valentims. Charlie also wanted me to let you know men will enjoy the story just as much as women. This would make a nice addition to a preschoolers class.
