I would like to introduce a new Cookie David brought home for Charlie and I to try the other day. The Cookies are called Shorts. The Cookies are called Shorts and they come in different flavors including Lemon which David brought home.
As soon as I opened the Cookies they reminded me of Pecan Sandies one of my favorite Cookies. As soon as I tasted the Lemon Cookie I feel in love. They do crumble a lot and when you bite into the Cookie they melt in your mouth but there is one hard piece but it isn’t to hard to bit into.
The package David brought home for Charlie and I to try were individually wrapped Cookies making them perfect for a snack on the go or kids lunches. There is only 7g fat in each Cookie. 5g of total Sugar so with my mom being a Diabetic she could have one Cookie. Although there a lot like Lay’s Potato Chips and you can’t stop at one even though I’ve tried.
Lemon: The tantalizing intersection of sweet and sour. Yum
Shorts are buttery, bite-sized Cookies. Small in stature, but huge in shortbread deliciousness. These delightful creations are loaded with simple, wholesome ingredients and are free from added preservatives. Shorts are ideal for those moments when you are looking for just a little something special. Be forewarned though – sharing Shorts is a very tall order.
