Do You Know? Polar Animals and Other Cold-Climate Creatures

I would like to share a children’s book Do You Know? Polar Animals and Other Cold-Climate Creatures by Pascale Hédelin (Author),  Didier Balicevic (Illustrator), Maëlle Cheval (Illustrator), Yating Hung (Illustrator), I received for this review.

I wish Suzzane was here to see this book because she loved Penguins and on the cover is a majestic Penguin and a Walrus which I loved. Charlie let me know he liked the color of blue they used on the binding and if we lived in our mobile home still he would have liked to paint his room that color. David said he liked the Birds.

Inside Do You Know? Polar Animals and Other Cold-Climate Creatures is a table of contents that is broken down into sections including Frozen Lands of North American and The Mountains in the Winter which will make using the book easy in our Homeschool Classes supplementing our studies.

Charlie and I had fun seeing all the different children and discussing there outfits. I like how they include a map and on one page and include facts they include a question like “why do Inuit people built Igloos.” Charlie can use to create reports in his Science Class. I like knowing there is a index in the back of the book which will save us time when looking for certain things.

Do You Know? Polar Animals and Other Cold-Climate Creatures is for children of all ages but even adults will enjoy all the facts they’ve included in the book. Do You Know? Polar Animals and Other Cold-Climate Creatures should be in every Science Class and School Library along with the other books in the series.
