TableTopics Prompted Journals: Happiness, Inspiration and Gratitude

Arts & Crafts Homeschool Resources Journals/ Journaling

I wanted to share TableTopics Prompted Journals I received with you. The first journal I would like to share is there Happiness Prompted™ Journal its a bright yellow color reminds me of a Sunny Day. Inside this journal there is 186 pages of Questions, Tips, Quotations and Activities for both teens and adults to do.

If we had still been #Homeschooling full time I would have had Charlie use these journals in his Homeschool Creative Writing Classes. On the days when I can’t find anything to share on the blog these prompts will come in handy.

Happiness Prompted™ Journal cover is a soft leather with a cute design on the front cover. I liked finding out there are 28 activities to level up our happiness. One of my favorite pages was there “self-care” page which is a list of ways to take care of ourselves.

The next Journal I would like to share with you is there Inspiration Prompted™ Journal. I don’t know about you but I can always use more inspiration. I loved that the Inspiration Prompted Journal is a pretty lavender color with a design like leaves on the cover. Inspiration Prompted Journal has 186 pages of questions, Biographies which would be good for a reading class. Along with Quotations we can use for our Sunday post on my blog and activities that will bring families closer together.

Inside Inspiration Prompted Journal the Author shares famous people like Betty Ford we could have studied in our Homeschool Reading Class. Charlie loved the page that reminds us to “let it go” which has us let go of time, patience, energy and so much more.

Charlie and David were surprised to find Jim Hensen in the Inspiration Prompted Journal and that he was only 17 when he saw a sign on a bulletin board for Puppeteer which he got. Which is how the Muppets came to be. If you were teaching a music class you could use the “musical influences page.

Last but not least was Gratitude Prompted Journal by TableTopics. I believe we all should share gratitude everyday and be grateful for the things we have. It can get hard which is why the Gratitude Prompted Journal can help us in so many ways. Charlie could have used this journal in his Health class.

I liked that the gratitude journal is a pretty pinkish rose color Suzzane would have liked. The Gratitude Journal also comes with 186 activities. My favorite part of the journal is the page asking us to look around our home and find 5 things we are grateful for because more times than not we don’t think about our home or what goes into keeping our home over our head.

I also had Charlie sit down and write out the list of people he can count on and print it out to hang on his wall. When he is feeling down he knows he can reach out to these people at any time. David like the page called “silver linings”.

Beyond your typical gratitude journal

The Gratitude Prompted™ Journal by TableTopics® features questions to help the journal writer get started, interesting quotations, and focused activities. Go at your own pace to recognize and explore all that you are grateful for, including people, everyday items and moments, memories, your own personal qualities, and more. You’ll likely find things you never noticed before!
