I would like to share a book which we received called Eat In Not Out published by Melinda Hinson Neely I was sent to read in exchange for this review. I would like to let you know the thoughts in this review are all mine and my families no one else.

I enjoy cooking but I am not the best cook ever and I get tired of always making the same meals over and over. A) Because I don’t know how to make anything else or B) We have picky eaters and they wouldn’t eat the recipes I made which means we would waste money. Which I hate doing.

Although now that I have taken the time to read Eat In Not Out things in our home have changed as we are cooking more meals at home. If we make things that someone will not eat we bless the leftovers with a neighbor that runs out of food at the end of the month.

Melinda Hinson Neely

Melinda Hinson Neely is the author of three health and wellness books, including Heart and Sole, Eat In Not Out things and Finding Life’s Secret Sauce. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, majoring in nutrition, from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.

Melinda has stayed healthy and happy while juggling a full-time career, a household and the completion of 16 marathons. She has biked from Seattle to Portland, from Sturbridge to Provincetown, MA, and across the Colorado Trail near Durango. She has completed a half iron-man triathlon and recently placed first in her age group at the Spartan Beast in Utah. She also plays for several USTA tennis teams.

Melinda promotes wellness among individuals in both corporate and community settings. She currently manages the High Five Health Collaborative on behalf of the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health – a program which helps fight children’s obesity.
